PAPYRUS, one of Schurman Retail Group’s four brands, sells greeting cards, invitations, stationery, and gifts. PAPYRUS operates hundreds of brick-and-mortar retail stores across North America. Their website was limited. Products were difficult to find and update, the site was not optimized for search, and it was impossible to run a marketing campaign.
SD transformed the information architecture of the site so that users could navigate productively and intuitively. We researched and optimized the keywords and meta-data so that potential customers could find Papyrus. Our developers built the store on Magento and integrated their existing ERP system (JDA) to easily manage products and drive online promotions. Additionally, our design team updated the look and feel of the site to build brand equity.
